How do I use my DigiTickets?
You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may make a note of this number and take it with you in place of a ticket, although we suggest printing out the email.
What happens when I buy a ticket online?
On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and Booking Reference Number. Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number.
I don't have a printer...
You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, or be prepared to show the booking reference on your smartphone or tablet.
What time should I arrive?
We ask that you arrive in good time, as a suggestion at least 20 minutes early. Each session will start promptly and unfortunately we cannot wait for late arrivals as we will have so much to get through.
Is car parking available?
Free car parking is normally available at FARMA events - any special arrangements will be detailed on the event page on the FARMA website.
Can I make group bookings?
Group bookings can be made. However if the booking is under the FARMA membership price then all attendees must work for or at the member's business.
Is there wheelchair access?
Yes, please let the team have any special requirements and we will work with you to ensure you have all the help you need.
Can I purchase a ticket over the phone or on the day.
Tickets purchased from the FARMA office over the phone will be subject to a surcharge.
Sorry, tickets can not be purchased on the day.
