The Farm Retail Association (FRA) was founded on the principles of supporting, sharing, learning and growing together. Building on these values, we are delighted to introduce a brand new member event - the FRA Summer Road Trip.

This three‑day experience brings FRA members together for a programme of farm visits, networking and shared learning. Travelling by coach, the Road Trip includes three carefully planned stops, offering exclusive behind‑the‑scenes visits to member businesses with a PYO‑style experience.

Alongside the visits, there will be plenty of opportunity to connect with fellow members, exchange ideas, and share best practice in a relaxed and informal setting.

Ticket Options

To offer flexibility, there are several ticket options available for the FRA Summer Road Trip:

1. Save 5% Full Road Trip Bundle – Includes all elements of the event: the welcome evening, all farm tours, coach travel, meals as outlined, and networking activities across all three days - £251.75 + VAT
2. Farm Tours Only – Covering Tuesday and Wednesday, this option includes participation in all scheduled farm visits, coach travel, daytime catering and networking, but excludes the welcome evening - £230 + VAT
3. Welcome Evening Only – Taking place on Monday evening, this option is ideal for those wishing to attend the informal dinner, drinks and networking without joining the farm visits - £35 + VAT
